Systems Integrator: Lead Field Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integrator Technician to take over a Lead Tech position in the field. The primary goal for this role is to manage field operations, allowing leadership to focus on high-level business management and growth. This is a critical hire intended to help the company “propel forward”.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute field installations and service for security systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Serve as the primary technician for Access Control and Door Hardware systems.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Intrusion Alarms.
Provide secondary support for Video Surveillance systems as needed.
Maintain high standards of workmanship while representing the company’s values in the field.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in low-voltage systems.
Technical Expertise: Specific, proven experience in Access Control and Door Hardware is a primary requirement.
Industry Focus: Must have extensive experience working in commercial and industrial sectors; the company does not perform residential work .
Leadership: Ability to take ownership of field projects and work independently.
